Sandals Resorts St. Lucia is the latest resort to join the VacationAssurance program, which ensures guests will have a great time and more because of its commitment to delivering personal attention from first contact through departure.
The “all-inclusive resorts” are resorts that offer all the amenities and services of a hotel, but also include food and drinks. These types of resorts are perfect for travelers who want to travel with no hassles.
Sandals Resorts International (SRI), the parent company of the Caribbean’s leading all-inclusive, luxury resort brands—Sandals Resorts for couples and Beaches Resorts for families—has just announced that the Sandals Vacation Assurance program will be extended to include all bookings made through March 31, 2022 for travel through December 31, 2022.
The industry’s first pandemic-era holiday insurance policy still includes a complimentary vacation replacement, including airfare, for visitors whose travel plans are disrupted by COVID-related travel difficulties.

All bookings made now through March 31, 2022, for travel through December 31, 2022, at any Sandals or Beaches property will automatically get the full Sandals Vacation Assurance package. It’s also included at no further cost. Please keep in mind that some limitations may apply, which you may see on Sandals’ website.
The Vacation Assurance program at Sandals and Beaches covers the following features:
— The possibility of a Replacement Holiday if a guest’s vacation is disrupted.
— For U.S. guests, a replacement airfare credit of up to $500 per person on a replacement holiday is available.
— Free quarantine stays of up to 14 nights are available if necessary.
— COVID-19 testing, as required by government regulations, may be simply completed at the resort.
— The company’s ‘Comprehensive Travel Protection Plan’ insurance for visitors.
— A ‘Cancel Anytime’ reservation policy allows visitors to cancel or amend their reservations at any time without incurring fines or additional charges. If you cancel 31 days or more before your planned arrival, you will get a full refund (on the land component of your trip). Certificates for future travel will be granted if adjustments or cancellations are submitted within 30 days or less.
— A Vacation Assurance Hotline, which means a Sandals Support Team is available to answer queries about travel procedures or anything else COVID-related from guests or travel advisers.
— The confidence that Sandals’ industry-leading Platinum Protocols of Cleanliness, which include improved proactive cleaning and hygiene measures, are in place at all Sandals and Beaches Resorts to safeguard the health of guests and employees.
