According to SCF’s recent study, San Jose, Costa Rica is another economical option for many Americans. More than a half-dozen states, including Idaho, Maine, Montana, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Wyoming, have the cheapest flights to Central America.
The US Virgin Islands, along with San Juan and San Jose, are among the cheapest locations to travel from the United States this autumn. From Florida, Illinois, and Texas, the island of St. Croix is the cheapest, while from Louisiana and South Carolina, the island of St. Thomas is the greatest deal. Out of Kansas, Kentucky, and North Dakota, Montreal, Canada is the cheapest location north of the border. Meanwhile, the cheapest city to travel to from Iowa and Nebraska is Toronto. Vancouver is the most cost-effective alternative for visitors to Oregon.
Outside of the continental United States, Guatemala City, Guatemala is the cheapest destination for flights from Alaska and Hawaii.
Belize City, Belize (Alabama), Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago (Arkansas), Sao Paulo, Brazil (Mississippi), and Madrid, Spain are among the destinations that appear just once (West Virginia). Due to a lack of data, Delaware was the only state left out.
